Premier Inn Poole North hotel

So it's a Premier Inn. I've stayed in many HOWEVER .... The staff here stand out. Very polite, very attentive and have smiles. Food was really nice too. Lovely piece of fish. Seriously impressed with the staff. Well done.

We spent the night here (27/09) and had two family rooms. Both rooms were clean and well presented with all your basic needs met. The hotel reception area was clean and well organised, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very busy but the lady working was amazing and did not let it affect her service. She was warm friendly and very good at keeping young children entertained. The food was good quality and staff worked hard to meet the demands. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay in the future. A special shout to the lady working front of house at breakfast, so sorry I didn’t catch her name but you were fantastic, just what everyone needed on the grey morning.

I stayed here a few weeks ago. 1st night, I had a room directly opposite the lifts! So I didn't have a great night's sleep with the doors opening and closing. Changed rooms and had a good night's sleep after that, as the beds are comfortable. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and also had breakfast, both very nice. Overall it's OK.

Just stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely hotel, nice and clean, quiet, ample parking. Room was well presented. Much better than the Premier Inn Holes Bay that we stayed at a few months ago. Staff are friendly. We stayed on the 1st floor and noticed even in late October/early November that the rooms still get quite warm, there was an electric room heater/fan on the wall but at the lowest setting seemed to come out as warm. Only plus side would be an old fashioned cooling fan. Thanks

I was amazed. The sound insulation is incredibly good and the hotel is nice and quiet. The food is great too! I’d recommend the meal and breakfast deal for £27, especially if you’re just arrived after a long journey. Poole itself is a great place to visit, especially if you love nature. Poole harbour is the biggest natural harbour in the UK and everywhere is well kept and tidy. You can’t see it all in 2 days, so stay a week and enjoy the place fully. This was probably the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Great service and caring staff.

Everything about this Hotel is absolutely amazing! The aesthetic, the service, the staff, the location, even the guests. If you are fortunate enough to have Punam serving, Paul (the chef) cooking and Luisa checking in, you will definitely enjoy however long you are staying for

Comfortable Stay with baby Facilities We had a really pleasant stay at Premier Inn Poole North. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight – plenty of choice and well worth it to start the day. The self-service check-in was quick and convenient, although it did lack a bit of personal touch. That said, staff were friendly when we did interact with them. Baby facilities were particularly good – our room included a travel cot with a mattress, which was reassuring as some other reviews suggest otherwise. Overall, a solid and reliable stay. We’d happily stay again Recommendations: - Self Check in, speedy and modern - bar and restaurant on site - Plenty of Parking - Comfy bed Drawbacks: - lack of personal touch at check ins - no phone in room / 5 Stars

Helpful staff. Nice onsite restaurant. Decent room. Just enough parking. Breakfast is a bit pricey but good choice (I had the continental)
